Make Your Own Holiday Glitter House

Description

Make one special house or a whole village of these little architectural gems! They're built of sturdy cardboard, painted, detailed and glittered before adding the landscaping. A terrific project to share with the kids as you build your winter wonderland year by year.

Materials Fee

There is a $15 materials fee included in the tuition. Additional supplies that will be needed and not included in the tuition includes: scissors, 1/2" or 1" paintbrushes, pencil, black sharpie marker. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding materials. Lastly, we recommend you bring a shoebox to transport your still-wet work during the final session.

Facilitator

Fran Phillips is the Phillips half of Mulligan & Phillips, Fine Painting & Plaster Repair. She is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructor with a strong commitment to delivering clear, engaging instruction through hands-on, practical skill development. She has been teaching contemporary and heritage crafts for over 40 years for museums, historical and art organizations, and adult schools. Clients include the American Folk Art Museum, Nantucket Historical Association, Seton Hall University and others. Her work appears in several books and magazines.
