Description

Journaling is an incredible tool for nurturing mental health and finding happiness. It allows us to reduce stress, release emotions, build mindfulness, and gain self-awareness—especially when it comes to identifying unhealthy patterns or habits. There are countless ways to approach journaling, each offering its own unique benefits to support better mental well-being.

In this two-session workshop, we’ll explore various journaling methods and delve into the specific advantages of each. Together, we’ll even dedicate time to put pen to paper and experience the therapeutic power of journaling firsthand.
