Intro to Canning and Food Preservation/Sauce Making

Description

Get a hands-on primer on how to make your own tomato sauce including chopping, saucing, seasoning and then sealing in jars. Students will go home with their very own jar of tomato sauce.

Materials Fee

There is a $15 materials fee included in the tuition.

Facilitator

Lana Mustafa began working as Executive Director at MCF after starting her homestead in Clifton, where she and her family grow a bountiful garden every season. She is also a backyard chicken/beekeeper.
