Description
The key of C is a wonderful key for beginning students. Intermediate students will start to learn songs in additional keys, will learn a variety of strumming patterns, and will learn to play melodic solos on the ukulele. Students will learn ensemble pieces: duets, trios, and full-class numbers.
Prerequisite: Students should have completed Beginning Ukulele or should be conversant with playing other fretted instruments.
Facilitator
Bob Mellman teaches guitar and ukulele, and plays other fretted instruments. His music has been heard on National Public Radio, commercials, the Dr. Demento show, and in performance venues in New Jersey and New York.
