Create a Compelling Resume and LinkedIn Profile

Description

Based on national data, an average of 87% of recruiters use LinkedIn to source and vet job candidates, and approximately 75% of resumes don't get through companies' applicant tracking systems (ATS's) because of formatting, content, or lack of keywords. During this session, you will learn how to create or update your LinkedIn profile so that it is complete, optimized and showcases your key skills and interests. You will also learn how to design a resume so that it is targeted to your profession and industry of choice, highlights your key accomplishments and differentiates you from others who are pursuing similar career opportunities.
